David started his 25 year professional career practicing law in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He moved to Toronto, Canada to pursue a career in business where he was quickly recognized for his strategic thinking and leadership skills. He has succesfully held senior management roles as President, COO and Vice President and has run his own and others' businesses in real estate development, technology, manufacturing, sales & marketing, and consulting organizations where he developed his business credentials.

David began consulting at Paradigm Consulting, a leading strategic change management firm in Toronto. He was later acknowledged for his exceptional work with senior executives in coaching, transition and dealing with challenging situations at Mainstream Access Corp., a national transition and outplacement consulting firm.
