TEC Programs consist of diverse groups of business leaders who
are committed to growing their companies and helping each other
achieve success. There are no competitors or supplier relationships
within any group. In Ottawa, TEC offers the following by invitation
only membership programs:
TEC
CEO (TEC) - Our flagship program is intended for
CEOs, Presidents, and owners of businesses with $3 million or
more in annual revenue and 25 or more employees. Monthly full
day group meetings; up to 9 Resource Speakers per year and monthly
2 hour one to ones with the TEC Chair.
THE
ROUND TABLE (TRT) - This group specifically caters
to emerging companies that have annual sales in the range of $750,000
- $3,000,000 in annual revenues. Monthly full day group meetings;
up to 8 resource speakers per year.
KEY
EXECUTIVE PROGRAM (KEP) - For Vice Presidents,
CFOs, general managers, department heads, human resource managers,
and other senior executives and key managers within an organization.
Monthly full day group sessions; up to 8 resource speakers per
year.
TEC
ASSOCIATE PROGRAM (TAP) - For Professional service
providers who are life long learners seeking to build better client
relationships, and are supportive and committed to the overall
success of members in the TEC community. Up to 8 times per year
for approximately 3 hours per session.
