TEC Group Meetings - A TEC member meets once a month for a full day of problem-solving peer group meetings with up to 16 CEOs rom non-competing industries. In completely confidential sessions, members exchange idea and opinions and give each other the direct, honest feedback they arrely get within their own companies or from their board of directors.

These meetings allow TEC members to step back from the day-to-day pressures, take a more global perspective and focus on the critical issues of running their businesses and their lives.

TEC Chair / One-to-One Coaching - Each TEC group is facilitated by a Chair, a highly experienced business professional who ensures that the group functions smoothly and members receive full value for their investment and intellectual capital.

The Chair also meets individually with each member monthly for a two hour one-to-one (TEC Chief Executive Program only) to help explore problems, issues, and opportunities in greater depth. In essence, the Chair serves as a mentor, coach, confidante and personal advisor, and holds members accountable for plans and actions needed to move their companies and themselves forward.

Expert Resource Speakers - At many of the full-day meetings, TEC provides outside business experts who keep members up to date on the latest techniques needed to run their businesses. these experts present fresh perspectives and new ideas that help members solve problems, explore new opportunities and implement positive change in their companies.

MyTEC Online - A membership in TEC gives you unlimited access to one of the most extensive online business resource libraries.

Best Practices / Integrity - TEC is committed to a no conflict of interest relationship. TEC Chairs may not accept consulting assignments from their members. TEC speakers may not solicit TEC members, althoughmembers are free to approach speakers for consulting services. TEC protects its members' rights to privacy. the TEC membership directory is not shared with anyone outside the organization.
