Executive Coaching

For the times that it is useful to have someone external to your organization who has walked the pathway of the executive and is available to support and challenge as you explore the road ahead; someone who is willing to ask the tough questions and guide you through the personal and business challenges that are innately connected.

New Position Onboarding: An executive coaching program targeted at executives who have been recently promoted from within or hired externally into a new role. Leaders, regardless of their level, are most vulnerable in their first few months in a new position because they lack detailed knowledge of the challenges they will face and what it will take to succeed in meeting them; they also have not yet developed a network of relationships to sustain them. 360 Feedback Coaching: Whether it is in support of your established 360 program or a fresh launch, I get involved in providing the executive a full interpretation of the feedback, designing the personal development plan and if required, stay with the executive in an 121 executive coaching role to help them achieve their goals.

The lack of it, affects their business performance, which then feeds their dissatisfaction with their personal lives and so it goes into a vicious circle. An executive coach who is completely holistic about their philosophy of working with their client is key to deliver this most important type of business result to an executive.

Whether it is managing through a spousal relationship break-up; loss of family/friends; re-entering the work place after a major illness; or fearing the inevitable retirement ahead.
