The context of his business and personal life experiences including being born in Argentina; living in the US on three separate occasions; educated in 3 continents; visited over 35 countries (many of them on multiple occasions); experienced a war; lived and worked as an international student; endured dramatic family and business challenges whilst maintaining a consistent level of high integrity in all he does…has given Carlos an worldview that helps him give his clients a perspective that it is unique and very valuable.

As one of a very select few certified graduates from the “Catalyst for Change” program at the WEL-Systems Institute, he has first hand experience of the transformational benefits of the program on his own personal life and now he is willing and able to incorporate these insightful models of human behaviour and change into the experiences he delivers for his clients.

This awareness of what makes people and relationships work allows for a different mentoring experience with faster and more significant results.
