operate from the belief that executives grow their business
by growing themselves. Their performance as individuals
and as teams can be significantly increased when they engage
work and life from a resourceful state. Life
is enhanced when we acknowledge our capacity to choose and
we become fully aware of how these choices manifest themselves
as our "reality".
To deliver on
my mission of increasing the performance and enhancing the
lives of executives, I have teamed up with TEC, the world's
largest CEO membership organization. TEC helps CEO's become
better leaders, make better decisions, and achieve better
results. TEC offers a unique combination of monthly problem-solving
peer group meetings, 1-2-1 coaching, expert workshops, online
best practices and access to a network of over 12,500 executives
worldwide. As a result, our members are more successful
and grow their companies twice as fast after joining TEC.
As
a TEC Chair, I lead various TEC groups in Ottawa, making
the TEC experience available to executives from a variety
of industries and size of companies. Whether you join one
